◆How could I get samples?
We can supply some free samples (total value is under 5 US dollar) if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS account number. Or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value of the samples is more than 5 US dollar then we will ask u to pay for the samples and the courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment. If you don't have a courier account, you can send you courier to collect the samples from our company.
◆How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity,weight and volume of the samples.
◆How can I get your price list?
PLS send e-mail or fax to inform us which items u are interested in. We will give u our price idea within 2 weekdays.
◆Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or package?
Yes, Logo or imprints can be printed on our products by silkscreen printing. The minimum quantity for silkscreen printing is 3000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by e-mail in JPEG format. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by e-mail in JPEG format.
◆How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20kgs, send usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, send usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country(airport, sea port).
◆ Do you accept OEM project?
Yes, OEM projects are welcome.
◆ What's your minimun order quantity?
It depends on the products. For gifts item, our MOQ is a 20ft container(you can only combine max 3 items for one container). 1000PCS for computer perpheirals.
◆I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what shall I do?
We are manufactory and exporter. We don't accept retail order.
